fa تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری مراکز مراقبت‌های سلامت در منزل Explaining the Dimensions and Components of Resilience of Home Health Care Centers عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، باتوجه‌به بحران‌های پیش‌بینی نشده جهانی به‌ویژه کووید-۱۹، تقاضا برای استفاده از خدمات مراکز مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در منزل به‌عنوان جایگزینی مؤثر برای مراقبت‌های بیمارستانی، افزایش‌یافته است. حفظ کارکرد این مراکز در مواجهه با رویدادهای پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیر، مستلزم شناخت ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری است. این پژوهش باهدف ارائه الگویی برای تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری در این مراکز انجام شد. روش پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد تئوری داده‌بنیاد چندگانه انجام شد و شامل تلفیق نظام مند داده های نظری (فراترکیب مطالعات 20 سال اخیر) و تجربی (مصاحبه با متخصصین) بود که همگی به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل و کدگذاری داده‌ها با رویکرد مقایسه‌ مستمر و با نرم‌افزار2020  MaxQDA انجام و تلفیق داده‌های نظری و تجربی به تدوین نظریه منجر گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش منجر به طراحی مدلی جامع در چهار بُعد اصلی شد: پاسخگویی (برای تضمین تداوم خدمت)، پیش‌بینی (برای تشخیص زودهنگام تهدیدها و برنامه‌ریزی پیشگیرانه)، رشد و یادگیری (از طریق آموزش مستمر و مستندسازی رویدادها) و نظارت و ارزش‌آفرینی (با تمرکز بر پایش داده‌محور، بازخورد و بهبود مستمر عملکرد). نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش الگویی راهبردی و کاربردی را ارائه می‌دهد که تاب‌آوری را از یک مفهوم نظری به یک چارچوب عملیاتی قابل‌اجرا تبدیل می‌کند. مدل نهایی به مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت کمک می‌کند تا با درک بهتری از مؤلفه‌های کلیدی تاب‌آوری، زیرساخت‌های مقاوم‌تری را طراحی کرده و ظرفیت لازم برای مقابله مؤثر با بحران‌های آینده را در مراکز مراقبت‌های سلامت در منزل ایجاد نمایند. به‌کارگیری این الگو می‌تواند به ارتقای پایداری خدمات و تضمین کیفیت مراقبت حتی در شرایط غیرعادی بینجامد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><a name="_Hlk224376371">Background:</a> In recent years, due to unforeseen global crises, particularly the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for utilizing Home Health Care centers as an effective alternative to hospital care has increased. Maintaining the functionality of these centers in the face of unpredictable events requires an understanding of the dimensions and components of resilience. This study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model to explain the dimensions and components of resilience in these centers. Methods: The present study was conducted using a multi-grounded theory approach and included systemic integration of theoretical (meta-synthesis of related studies over the past 20 years) and empirical data (interview with specialists) via purposive sampling. Data analysis and coding were performed using the constant comparative approach with MaxQDA 2020 software, and the integration of theoretical and empirical data led to the formulation of the theory. Results:The research findings led to the design of a comprehensive model with four main dimensions: Responsiveness (to ensure service continuity), Prediction (for early threat detection and preventive planning), Growth and Learning (through continuous training and documentation of events), and Monitoring and Value Creation (focusing on data-driven monitoring, feedback, and continuous performance improvement). Conclusion: This study provides a strategic and practical model that transforms resilience from a theoretical concept into an executable operational framework. The final model helps health sector managers and policymakers to understand the key components of resilience better, design more robust infrastructure, and build the necessary capacity to effectively deal with future crises in home health care centers.
