fa بررسی تاثیر اجرای دستورالعمل ارزش نسبی خدمات سلامت بر پرداخت از جیب بیمه شدگان تحت پوشش سازمان بیمه سلامت در بیمارستان‌های منتخب استان بوشهر، 1393 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">: بیشتر اصلاحاتی که در نظام‌های سلامت دنیا صورت گرفته است در جهت افزایش کارایی، کیفیت و کنترل هزینه‌ها می باشد. با اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت، برنامه واقعی نمودن تعرفه‌های خدمات پزشکی با ابلاغ دستورالعمل ارزش نسبی خدمات سلامت در مهرماه 1393 خورشیدی آغاز گردید. یکی از مهمترین اهداف</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">طرح تحول، کاهش پرداخت از جیب &nbsp;بود. مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور تعیین میزان پرداخت از جیب بیمه‌شدگان تحت پوشش سازمان بیمه سلامت در بیمارستان‌های منتخب استان بوشهر انجام شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">روش پژوهش:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> مطالعه تحلیلی حاضر، روی </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">پرونده‌های بستری بیمه‌شدگان سازمان بیمه سلامت </span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">در بیمارستان‌های منتخب تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر (بیمارستان شهدای خلیج فارس، بیمارستان شهید گنجی) در ماه‌های تیر و مرداد، دی و بهمن 1393 به عنوان جامعه آماری و شایع ترین خدمات بستری به عنوان نمونه، انجام شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک لیست محقق ساخته و بررسی پرونده‌های بیمارستانی جمع آوری، کد گذاری شده و با نرم افزا</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">ر</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS₂₀</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، میانگین هزینه سهم بیمار از 1050835 ریال در دوره تیر و مرداد به 611631 ریال در دوره دی و بهمن رسیده که 42/00 درصد کاهش دارد</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که با اجرای دستورالعمل ارزش نسبی خدمات، سهم سازمان بیمه سلامت از 79/00 درصد به 84/00 درصد افزایش و سهم پرداختی بیمار از 8/00 درصد به 4/00 درصد کاهش ‌یافته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که دولت با افزایش منابع سلامت در طرح تحول سلامت توانسته است یکی از اهداف طرح را که کاهش پرداخت از جیب می باشد، محقق نماید.</span> <strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> Most of the reforms that have taken place in world health systems are aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and control of costs. By implementing the health system reform plan, the actual plan of medical services tariffs by communicating the relative value of health services instruction on October 2014 was started. One of the most important goals of the reform plan was to reduce out of pocket payment<span dir="RTL">.</span> This study was conducted to determine the amount of out of pocket payment of insured people covered by the health insurance organization in the selected hospitals in Bushehr province.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present analytical study was conducted on insured people hospitalization cases of health insurance organization in selected hospitals affiliated to Bushehr University of Medical Sciences (Persian Gulf Martyrs Hospital, Shahid Ganji Hospital) in July, August, January, and February 2014 as the statistical population and the most common services used as the statistical sample. The data were collected using a researcher-made checklist and investigating the hospital records coded and analyzed by SPSS ₂₀ software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results of the study, the average cost of the patient&#39;s share was 1050835 Rials in July, August to 611631 Rials in January, and February, which decreased by 42.00 %.
