fa شناسایی شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان برای بهینه کاوی؛ یک مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">: برای داشتن یک سیستم اطلاعات بهینه در بیمارستان، باید شاخص‌های عملکردی مورد نیاز برای ارزیابی آن را شناخت. زیرا تعریف شاخص‌های عملکردی مناسب، یکی از اصول مهم در بهینه کاوی است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی شاخص‌های بهینه کاوی عملکرد سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان انجام ‌شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">روش پژوهش</span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مطالعه حاضر، مطالعه‌ای کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا می باشد</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> که در سال 1396-1395 انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کارشناسان واحد فن‌آوری اطلاعات بیمارستان و فرابری داده‌ها در بیمارستان‌های تأمین اجتماعی استان تهران (110 نفر ) بود. پژوهش حاضر در 3 مرحله از طریق مصاحبه و بحث گروهی متمرکز انجام گردید. در مرحله اول مرور متون به‌منظور گردآوری شاخص‌های بهینه کاوی سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان صورت پذیرفت. سپس در مرحله دوم</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">با استفاده از نمونه‌ گیری گلوله برفی، به‌صورت هدفمند افراد خبره انتخاب شده و از طریق مصاحبه با آن‌ها شاخص‌های عملکردی شناسایی شد. روش تحلیل داده‌ها در قسمت مصاحبه به‌صورت تحلیل کیفی محتوایی صورت گرفت. نتایج مرحله سوم حاکی از تأیید محورها و زیر محورهای شناسایی شده در مرحله اول و دسته‌بندی شاخص‌ها بود. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">شاخص‌های شناسایی شده برای بهینه‌کاوی و سنجش عملکرد سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستان به 9 محور اصلی و 121 زیر محور در 3 گروه کلیدی ساختار، فرایند و نتایج دسته بندی شدند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتیجه‌ گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">می‌توان از نتایج این تحقیق به‌عنوان پایه و اساسی برای بهبود کیفیت در فرایند ارزیابی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستان استفاده نمود و با برنامه‌ریزی برای بهبود شاخص‌ها، انتظار ارتقاء کیفیت و بهره‌وری در سیستم را داشت.</span><br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Background:</strong> To have an optimal hospital information system, performance indicators used for evaluation must be recognized. Since defining proper performance indicators is one of the important principles in benchmarking. This study aimed to identify key indicators of hospital information system performance benchmarking.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This qualitative content analysis study was conducted in 2016-2017. The study population consisted of experts working in hospital Information Technology and data processing units in Tehran Province Social Security Hospitals (110). The present study was conducted in 3 stages using interview and focused group discussion. In the first stage, a review of the literature was carried out to collect the benchmarking indexes of the hospital information system. Then performance indicators were identified using the targeted snowball sampling. The experts were selected and identified by performance indicators. The data analysis method was conducted as a qualitative content analysis in the interview. The results of the third stage indicated confirmation of the identified main themes and sub- themes in the first stage and categorization of indicators.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The identified indicators for optimization and benchmarking of hospital information system were classified into 9 main themes and 121 sub-themes in three key groups of structure, process and results. The data analysis method was conducted as a qualitative content analysis in the interview. In the last stage, the results were organized and classified into 3 main categories of structure, process and results through focused group discussion.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study can be used as a basis for quality improvement in evaluation process of hospital information systems.
