fa الگوی پیشنهادی مدیریت خدمات دندانپزشکی برای ایران تخصصي Special <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت دهان جزو لاینفک سلامت عمومی و یکی از لازمه‌های زندگی خوب به شمار می</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آید. برخورداری از دهان و دندان</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های سالم نیازمند مراقبت</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های فردی، تدوین و اجرای برنامه</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:Times,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">های مداخله‌ای در سطح جامعه و مراقبت‌های حرفه‌ای است. </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی الگوی مدیریت خدمات دندانپزشکی برای ایران بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش پژوهش</span></span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش اجرا جزو تحقیقات توصیفی و از نظر نوع شناسی توصیفی در زمره پژوهش‌های پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری مورد نظر افراد خبره دندانپزشکی بودند. برای انجام مطالعه از میان سیاستگذاران، برنامه‌ریزان، مدیران، اساتید دانشگاه و کارکنان حوزه خدمات دندانپزشکی کشور، خبرگان دندانپزشکی با روش نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند جهت انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق به روش گراندد تئوری برای گردآوری شاخص‌های مدیریت خدمات دندانپزشکی جهت ارائه مدل مناسب انتخاب شدند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">متن مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، عبارت به عبارت و جمله به جمله، به روش تحلیل مقایسه‌ای مداوم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برای تحلیل، روش نظریه مبنایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">داده‌های گردآوری شده در 3 مرحله کدگذاری شدند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جهت سنجش روایی محتوا در مصاحبه ها از روش بازخورد مشارکت کنندگان و دریافت نظرات همکاران استفاده شد. برای اطمینان از پایایی در مصاحبه‌ها از 2 روش بازآزمون و 2 کدگذار استفاده شد. در این مطالعه از روش دلفی در بخش طراحی مدل استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بر اساس مدل به دست آمده 29 عامل در مدیریت خدمات دندانپزشکی مؤثر بودند. شاخص های به دست آمده وارد نظرسنجی دلفی شدند. طی مراحل دلفی در مورد 29 شاخص اجماع حاصل گردید و در 5 بٌعد (مؤلفه) شامل برنامه ریزی، سازماندهی، بسیج منابع و امکانات، هدایت، نظارت و کنترل دسته بندی شدند.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که الگویی با 5 مؤلفه برای مدیریت خدمات دندانپزشکی کشور ایران مناسب می‌باشد و برنامه ریزان و سیاستگذاران بخش سلامت می‌توانند در راستای بهبود ارائه خدمات دندانپزشکی از آن استفاده نمایند.</span></span></div> <strong>Background:</strong> Oral health is an integral part of general health and one of the necessities of a good life. Having a healthy mouth and teeth requires individual care, the development and implementation of community-based intervention programs, and professional care. The purpose of this study was to design a model for the management of dental services in Iran<strong>.</strong><br> &nbsp;<strong>Methods: </strong>This was an applied research in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of implementation method, and a survey research in terms of descriptive typology. The statistical population included dental experts. To conduct the study among policy makers, planners, managers, university professors and the staff of the dental services, dental experts were chosen using purposive non-probability sampling for in-depth interviews based on grounded theory method to collect indicators of dental services management for providing a suitable selection model. To reach theoretical saturation, the text of the interviews was analyzed, phrase by phrase and sentence by sentence, through constant comparative analysis. For analysis, the grounded theory method was used, and the collected data were coded in 3 steps. In order to assess the validity of the research regarding interviews, the participants&#39; feedback and the opinions of colleagues were used. To ensure the reliability of the interviews, 2 methods of test-retest and double coding were used. In this study, Delphi method was used in designing the model.<strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong> <p><strong>Results:</strong> According to the obtained model, 29 factors were effective in managing dental services. The obtained indicators were included in the Delphi survey.
