fa روانسنجی نسخه‌ی فارسی پرسشنامه‌ی بیمار محوری استوارت (2004) Validation of Persian Version of Stewart Patient-Centered Care Scale (2004) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف:‌ یکی از ارزش‌های هر سیستم درمانی ارائه‌ی خدمات و مراقبت‌های بیمارمحور می‌باشد. بیمارمحوری ‌یعنی اهمیت دادن به حق و حقوق بیمار و مشارکت دادن او در تمام امور مربوط به درمان و روند ارائه‌ی خدمات به او است. هدف این مطالعه ترجمه و بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ی بیمارمحوری استوارت و تهیه‌ی ابزاری مناسب و معتبر جهت بررسی بیمار محوری در سیستم‌های درمانی است. روش پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر مطالعه‌ای توصیفی از نوع روش شناسی است که در سال 1398 انجام شده است. ابتدا پرسشنامه‌ی بیمارمحوری استوارت (2004) به روش پیش رو و پس رو (forward-backward) ترجمه و جهت ایجاد تطابق با فرهنگ کشور ایران بررسی گردید. سپس روایی محتوایی آن با اخذ نظرات 15 نفر از متخصصان صاحب نظر و روایی ظاهری آن توسط 15 نفر از بیماران بستری در بخش‌های منتخب بیمارستان‌های آموزشی ‌یزد مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. پایایی درونی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از نظرات 30 نفر از بیماران از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با نرم افزار SPSS 22 محاسبه شد. روایی سازه نیز با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی طبق نظر 283 بیمار با کمک نرم افزار Stata 15  بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج، روایی محتوایی محاسبه شده نشان داد تمامی گویه‌های پرسشنامه دارای CVR مناسب بودند و شاخص CVI نیز برای این پرسشنامه مقدار 0/87 به‌دست آمد. روایی ظاهری همه‌ی گویه‌ها تایید شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه 0/976 محاسبه شد و بدین ترتیب پایایی درونی پرسشنامه نیز تأیید گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی GFI (0/988) وRMR  (0/048) و CFI (0/984)، پرسشنامه روایی مناسبی برای استفاده دارد و تمامی گویه‌ها حفظ شدند. نتیجه گیری: پرسشنامه روانسنجی شده، می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری معتبر و کاربردی جهت بررسی بیمارمحوری در سیستم بهداشت و درمان ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Provision of patient-centered services is one of the values of any health care system. Patient-centered means giving importance to the patient's rights and entitlements in all areas related to treatment and involving the patient in decisions throughout the process of rendering services to the patient. The purpose of this study was to translate and validate the Stewart Patient-Centered Questionnaire and to provide an appropriate and valid tool to assess the patient-centered rate in the provision of medical services. Methods: The present descriptive methodological study was conducted in 2020. Initially, Stewart patient-centered questionnaire was translated using the forward-backward method. Later, the translated version was examined by the research team to establish cultural compatibility with Iranian culture. The validity of its content was assessed by obtaining the opinions of 15 health management specialists and its face validity was assessed by 15 patients. The internal reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using the opinions of 30 patients and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated using SPSS 22 software. The construct validity was assessed according to the opinions of 283 patients in the study population through STATA 15 software. Results: Based on the content validity results, all items of the main questionnaire had acceptable CVR and the CVI index was 0.87 for this questionnaire. The face validity also confirmed all the statements. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire was calculated as 0.976 and thus the internal reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. Based on the results of the confirmatory invoice analysis GFI (0.988), RMR (0.048), and CFI (0.984), the translated questionnaire had suitable construct validity and all questions were retained.
