fa روانسنجی ابزار سنجش چالش‌های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه‌های اعتباربخشی Psychometrics of Assessment Tools to Examine the Challenges of Physicians' Participation in Accreditation Programs تخصصي Special <div style="text-align:justify">زمینه و هدف: بسیاری از سازمان‌ها معتقدند که مشارکت پزشک در کیفیت و ایمنی خدمات سلامت از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است، اما چگونگی تعریف، اندازهگیری و بهبود آن را به درستی بیان نکردهاند، بنابراین از آنجا که بهبود کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی و نوع مشارکت پزشکان در این امر بسیار ضروری میباشد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف روانسنجی پرسشنامه چالش‌های مشارکت پزشکان در برنامه‌های اعتباربخشی انجام شد. روش پژوهش: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد ابزار، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخت بررسی چالش‌های مشارکت پزشکان در فعالیت‌های اعتباربخشی بود که به منظور سنجش روایی صوری و محتوایی، بین 5 نفر از متخصصین رشته مدیریت و اقتصاد سلامت و 8 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی توزیع و نظرات آن‌ها اعمال شد و شاخص نسبت روایی محتوی و شاخص روایی محتوی نیز محاسبه گردید. جهت سنجش همسانی درونی ابزار، پـس از توزیـع پرسشـنامه بـین 14 نفـر از پزشکان، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تعیین گردید. برای ثبات یا تکرارپذیری ابزار از آزمون مجدد و ضریب همبستگی اسـتفاده شـد که با توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها بین 14 نفر از افراد دارای شرایط ورود بـه مطالعه، در 2 نوبت و در فاصله زمـانی 2 هفتـه، ضـریب همبسـتگی ســنجیده شـد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار 21 SPSS استفاده گردید. یافتهها: پرسشنامه اولیه شامل 61 سوال بود که بعد از روانسنجی صوری و محتوایی به 38 سوال تقلیـل یافـت. پرسشـنامه دارای 12 زیر مفهوم بود. ضـریب آلفـای کرونباخ پرسشنامه، 0/83 و ضریب همبستگی درون گروهی در 2 بار اندازهگیری به فاصله 2 هفته، 0/94 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: پرسشنامه حاضر اولین و تنها ابزار اختصاصی معتبر و پایا در حیطه چالش‌های مشارکت پزشکان در فعالیتهای اعتباربخشی در ایران است که می‌تواند برای سنجش و اولویت بندی چالش‌ها در هر مرکز بهداشتی و درمانی استفاده شود و در راستای بهبود کیفیت خدمات سلامت ارائه شده از سوی پزشکان به‌کار گرفته شود. </div> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1"> </div> </div> <div> </div> </div>  Background: Many organizations believe that physician involvement is important in quality and safety of health services, but they did not properly define, measure, and improve it, so because of the importance of the quality of health care and increasing the involvement of physician this study was conducted to evaluate the validity and reliability of a questionnaire on the challenges of physicians' participation in quality improvement programs. Methods: In this cross-sectional study conducted in the hospitals of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, a researcher-made questionnaire about challenges of physicians' participation in accreditation activities used for data gathering. The content validity ratio index and content validity index were also calculated. To measure the internal consistency of the instrument, the questionnaire was distributed among 14 physicians, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was determined. For stability or reproducibility of the instrument, test - retest and correlation coefficient were calculated. By distributing questionnaires among 14 people those meeting inclusion criteria, the correlation coefficient was measured twice and at intervals of 2 weeks. SPSS 21 software was used for data analysis Results: The initial questionnaire was consisted of 61 items, which were reduced to 38 items after face and content psychometrics. The questionnaire has 12 sub-concepts. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.83 and the intragroup correlation coefficient in 2 measurements 2 weeks apart was 0.94.
