fa ارزشیابی اجرای برنامه مراقبت تکامل کودکان در مرکز جامع تکامل کودکان اصفهان Evaluating the Implementation of Child Development and Care Program in Isfahan Comprehensive Child Development Center تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div> <div> <div id="_com_14" uage="JavaScript">چکیده زمینه و هدف: مرکز جامع تکامل کودکان جهت شناسایی و مداخله درمانی سریع مشکلات تکاملی کودکان در مرکز استان اصفهان در سال 1391 تأسیس گردید. این مطالعه با هدف ارزشیابی اجرای این برنامه انجام شد. روش پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود که با استفاده از چارچوب ارزشیابی مدیریت برنامه‌های سلامت عمومی مرکز کنترل و پیشگیری بیماری‌های آمریکا و در قالب ارزشیابی زیرساخت، فرآیند و پیامد اجرا شد. چک‌لیست زیرساخت شامل فضای فیزیکی، نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات با حضور پژوهشگر در مرکز تکمیل گردید. ارزشیابی فرایند و پیامد برای 127 کودک ثبت‌نام‌شده طی سال 1397 انجام شد. پرسشنامه رضایت سنجی برای والدین 144 کودک مراجعه‌کننده طی سال‌های 1397 و 1398 به‌صورت حضوری و غیرحضوری تکمیل گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری t مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS16 انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: میزان تطابق کلی زیرساخت با استاندارد 75/24درصد بود که بیشترین تطابق در تجهیزات و کمترین تطابق در نیروی انسانی تخصصی بود. میزان انطباق فرایند جاری با فرایند استاندارد در گزاره های مختلف متغیر بود. 6/30 درصد از مراجعه‌کنندگان بهبودی داشته و 76/38 درصد ترک درمان داشتند. بیشترین علل ترک درمان، نداشتن نوبت (29/53 درصد) و مسافت زیاد (18/12 درصد) بود. نمره رضایت کلی 14/08±83/90بود. رضایت والدینی که پرسشنامه‌ها را حضوری تکمیل کردند از غیرحضوری بالاتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد میزان بهبودی کامل پایین و میزان ترک درمان بالا است که بیشترین علل آن نداشتن نوبت جهت پذیرش کودکان دچار اختلال تکامل و دوری راه می باشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود وزارت بهداشت، جهت رفع مشکل، نسبت به تاسیس تعداد بیشتر مراکز و تامین نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز اقدام نماید.  </div> </div> </div> <div> <div><div id="_com_14" uage="JavaScript"></div></div> </div> Abstract Background: The Comprehensive Child Development Center was established in 2012 in the center of Isfahan province to rapidly identify and intervene in the developmental problems of children. The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation of this program. Methods: This was a descriptive-analytical study conducted based on the framework for evaluating public health programs established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of United States of America with regard to evaluation of infrastructure, process and outcome. The infrastructure’s checklist included an area of land, equipment, workforce and equipment completed with presence of researcher at the center. Process and outcome evaluation was performed for 127 registered children during 2019. A satisfaction questionnaire was completed in person or remotely by parents of 144 children referred to the center in 2019 and 2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA was carried out through SPSS 16 software. Results: The overall compliance of infrastructure with standards was 75.42%, with the highest compliance related to the equipment and the lowest related to the specialized workforce. The degree of compliance of the process compared with the standard one varied in different dimensions. 6.30 % of the children were cured and 76.38 % quit treatment. The most common reasons for treatment discontinuation were lack of appointment (29.53 %) and long distance (18.12 %). The overall satisfaction score was 83.90 ± 14.08. The satisfaction of the parents who completed the questionnaire in person was higher than those who completed the questionnaire remotely. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that the rate of complete cure is low and the rate of treatment discontinuation is high, whose main reasons were the lack of appointment to admit children with developmental disorders and long distance.
