fa مقایسه‌ی قیمت داروهای تولید داخل با قیمت داروهای ژنریک مشابه در کشور هند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> حمایت از تولید داخل، با فرض تاثیر بر افزایش دسترسی، از 2 بعد فراهمی بهتر داروها در بازار و استطاعت‌پذیری از طریق کاهش قیمت‌ها به عنوان یکی از سیاست‌های اصلی دارویی تایید گردیده‌است.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">لذا، انتظار‌می‌رود صنعت تولید داخل، محصولات دارویی تولید نماید که علاوه بر کمک به افزایش دسترسی و فراهمی داروها و تامین پایدار آن‌ها، قیمت‌هایی رقابتی نسبت به رقبای وارداتی داشته‌باشند و هزینه‌های دارویی بیماران و نظام سلامت را کاهش‌دهند. در مطالعه حاضر </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">قیمت‌ داروهای تولید داخل با قیمت داروهای ژنریک مشابه در کشور هند</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> مورد مقایسه قرار‌گرفته‌است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در این مطالعه، ابتدا کشور هند با دلایلی از جمله قیمت پایین و کیفیت مناسب، و امکان</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پذیری تجارت در شرایط تحریم برای مقایسه انتخاب گردید. سپس از آمارنامه دارویی ایران داروهایی که صرفاً تولید داخل و مصرف قابل توجهی از نظر فروش عددی و ریالی دارند، وارد مطالعه شدند. قیمت دارو‌ها از سایت‌های معتبر مورد تایید سازمان‌های نظارتی در ایران و هند استخراج ‌شدند. در نهایت قیمت 110 قلم دارو مورد مقایسه قرار‌گرفتند تا میزان موفقیت صنعت تولید داخل در ارائه قیمت مناسب در عدم حضور رقبای خارجی مشخص‌شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در 57 درصد داروهای مورد مطالعه، میانه‌ی قیمت مصرف‌کننده‌ی این داروها در هند پایین‌تر از قیمت مصرف‌کننده‌ی ایرانی بود؛ درصورتیکه این مقایسه با کمینه‌ی قیمت داروهای هندی انجام ‌شود، این درصد به 88 افزایش خواهد یافت.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">با توجه به بررسی فوق به نظر می‌رسد کاهش قیمت‌ها و هزینه‌های دارویی در تمام موارد تولید داخل رخ نمی‌دهد و این امر به تنهایی نمی‌تواند توجیه مناسبی برای حمایت از تولید داخلی داروها به صورت مطلق باشد؛ اما باید توجه داشت که کاهش هزینه‌ها تنها دلیل حمایت از تولید داخل این محصولات نبوده و سیاستگذار ممکن ‌است با توجه به عوامل دیگری در راستای سیاست‌های حمایتی اقدام ‌نماید؛ لیکن در هر مورد این دلایل بایستی برای نظام سلامت معین‌ باشد.</span></span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <pre style="text-align:justify; text-indent:0cm"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Consolas"><strong><span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt">Background: </span></strong><span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Supporting domestic production, by assuming its effect on the increase of accessibility, has been acknowledged as one of the main pharmaceutical policies from two dimensions of better provision of the drugs in the market and the increase of affordability by reducing prices. Therefore, it is expected from the domestic industries to </span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">produce pharmaceutical products that, in addition to increasing access and a sustainable supply of drugs,</span></span> <span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">have competitive prices </span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">compared to the rival imported products, and reduce the medical costs imposed on patients and the health system.</span></span> <span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In this study </span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">the price of domestically produced drugs were compared with the price of the similar generic ones in India.</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></pre> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong><span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt">Methods:</span></strong><span lang="EN-MY" style="font-size:11.0pt"> In this study, first, India was selected for comparison due to reasons such as low price, good quality, and the possibility of commerce despite sanctions. Then, from the Iranian pharmaceutical statistics, drugs which were only produced in Iran and were highly consumed with respect to the number of sales were included in the study.<span b="" class="fontstyle01" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal"><span style="font-style:normal"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Prices of Iranian and Indian medicines were extracted from related valid websites. </span></span></span></span></span>Finally, the price of 110 drugs were compared to determine the success rate of the domestic production industry in offering a reasonable price in the absence of foreign competitors.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Results:&nbsp;</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt">According to the findings from 57 % of the drugs under study, the median consumer price of these drugs in India was lower than the Iranian consumer price.
