fa بررسی نگرش اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی نسبت به مشکلات دوره‌های کارآموزی در عرصه در دانشگاه علوم‌ پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد Studying the Attitudes of Faculty Members and Students of Health Services Management towards the Problems of Internships in the Field at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: آموزش عملی مدیران آینده نظام سلامت از اهداف کلیدی درس کارآموزی در عرصه است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی مشکلات برگزاری دوره‌های کارآموزی در عرصه از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی و دانشجویان رشته‌ی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌درمانی انجام شد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال‌های 1404-1403 به روش سرشماری بر روی ۴۰ دانشجوی کارشناسی و ۱۱ عضو هیئت‌علمی گروه علوم مدیریت و اقتصاد سلامت دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد انجام شد. داده‌ها با پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته (دارای روایی و پایایی تأییدشده) جمع‌آوری شد. پرسشنامه دارای دو بخش (اطلاعات دموگرافیک و مشکلات کارآموزی در 7 حیطه) می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک، از آزمون‌های پارامتریک و ناپارامتریک به تناسب، در نرم‌افزار SPSS 26 برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: طبق نگرش هر دو گروه (اساتید و دانشجویان)، بیشترین چالش‌ها مربوط به مشکلات بیمارستان و سطح کلان بود. در گروه  دانشجویان بی‌انگیزگی پرسنل بیمارستان برای همکاری، مشخص نبودن شرح وظایف دانشجویان در واحدها و بی انگیزگی دانشجویان جزو مشکلات اصلی بود. همچنین، نبود الزامات قانونی برای آموزش دانشجویان مدیریت و توجیه‌نبودن مسئولان واحدها نیز جزو مشکلات بود. از نظر اعضای هیئت علمی گویه نبود ارتباط منطقی بین دروس تئوری و عملی جزو مشکلات اصلی بود و سپس گویه مشخص نبودن جایگاه اساتید در عرصه و بی انگیزگی دانشجویان از چالش‌های بسیار مهم از دید آنان بود. در مقایسه نگرش، هر دو گروه (اساتید و دانشجویان) بیشترین مشکلات را در بعد "اساتید و مربیان" به ترتیب با میانگین نمر‌ه‌های (6 ± 26/27 و 6/01  ±  28/25)  و کمترین را در بعد "دانشکده" به ترتیب با میانگین نمره‌های (0/67 ± 2/63 و 1/21 ± 3/15) ارزیابی کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: برای بهبود کیفیت کارآموزی، بازنگری در سرفصل‌های درسی به منظور تلفیق آموزش تئوری و عملی، طراحی نظام انگیزشی برای مربیان و پرسنل عرصه و برگزاری کارگاه‌های توجیهی برای تمامی ذی‌نفعان پیشنهاد می‌گردد. این اقدامات می‌تواند به ارتقای اثربخشی دوره‌های کارآموزی و تربیت مدیران کارآمدتر برای نظام سلامت بینجامد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Practical training of future health system managers is one of the key goals of field internship courses. This study aimed to identify the problems of holding field internship courses from the perspectives of faculty members and students of health services management. Methods: This cross-sectional-analytical study was conducted in 2024-2025 using a census method on 40 undergraduate students and 11 faculty members of the Department of Health Management and Economics of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire (with confirmed validity and reliability). The questionnaire has two sections (demographic information section and internship problems section in 7 macro-level). According to the results of the Shapiro-Wilk test, parametric and nonparametric tests were used, as appropriate, in SPSS 26 software for data analysis. Results: According to the attitudes of both groups (faculty members and students), most of the challenges were related to the hospital issues and macro-level  factors. In students’ group, staff demotivation, unclear job descriptions for students in units, and students’ demotivation were reported as major problems. Also, the lack of legal requirements for training management students and the lack of briefing for the heads of operational units were highlighted as structural obstacles. From the perspective of the faculty members, the item ‘lack of logical connection between theoretical and practical courses’ was among the main problems, and the items ‘unclear role of faculty members in the field and the students’ lack of motivation were regarded as highly significant challenges. In comparing attitudes, both groups (faculty and students) concluded that most of the problems belonged to "faculty members and instructors" dimension with mean scores of (26.27 ± 6 and 28.25 ± 6.01), respectively, and the least number of problems belonged to the "faculty" dimension with mean scores of (2.63 ± 0.67 and 3.15 ± 1.21), respectively. Conclusion: To improve the quality of internships, it is recommended to review the curriculum to integrate theoretical and practical training, design a motivational system for trainers and field personnel, and hold briefing workshops for all stakeholders.
