fa شناسایی ابعاد و چالش‌های استفاده از نوآوری دیجیتال در بیمارستان‌ها: یک مطالعه مرور نظام‌مند Identifying the Dimensions and Challenges of Using Digital Innovation in Hospitals: A Systematic Review Study تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"> زمینه و هدف: با پیشرفت فناوری‌های دیجیتال، بیمارستان‌ها به‌طور فزاینده‌ای از نوآوری‌های دیجیتال (ابزارهای دیجیتالی) برای بهبود کیفیت مراقبت، افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها استفاده می‌کنند. بااین‌حال، استفاده از این ابزارها با چالش‌های متعددی همراه است که می‌تواند تأثیرگذاری آن‌ها را محدود کند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و چالش‌های استفاده از نوآوری دیجیتال در بیمارستان‌ها انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر به روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر لاتین ازجملهPubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar  و فارسی  Magiran، Iran Medex، SID  مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در ابتدا 1144 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی و 38 مقاله فارسی منتشرشده از <a name="_Hlk202772608">ژانویه </a>سال 2015 تا ژانویه 2025 که به بررسی ابعاد و چالش‌های نوآوری دیجیتال در بیمارستان‌ها پرداخته بودند، بررسی و در نهایت 16 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. برای ارزیابی کیفیت مطالعات  از Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: براساس بررسی انجام شده، مهمترین ابعاد نوآوری دیجیتال در بیمارستان‌ها شامل بهبود کیفیت خدمات درمانی، افزایش کارایی بیمارستان‌ها، کاهش هزینه‌های درمانی، افزایش رضایت بیمار و بهبود امنیت اطلاعات بیمارستانی هستند. همچنین، چالش‌های کلیدی در این زمینه شامل کمبود زیرساخت مناسب و نیروی متخصص، مقاومت کارکنان، نگرانی‌های امنیتی و حفظ حریم خصوصی داده‌های بیماران، مشکلات مالی و چالش‌های قانونی و اخلاقی هستند. نتیجه گیری: نوآوری دیجیتال در بیمارستان‌ها می‌تواند کیفیت خدمات و رضایت بیماران را افزایش دهد، اما بهره‌برداری بهینه از آن نیازمند رفع چالش‌های مالی، زیرساختی، امنیتی و نیروی انسانی است.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: With the advancement of digital technologies, hospitals are increasingly using digital innovations to improve the quality of care, increase productivity, and reduce costs. However, the implementation of these innovations is accompanied by several challenges that can limit their impact. This study aimed to identify the dimensions and challenges of using digital innovation in hospitals. Methods: The present study was conducted using a systematic review method. To collect data, reputable English databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, Google Scholar and Persian databases including Magiran, Iran Medex, and SID, were searched. Initially, 1144 articles in English and 38 articles in Persian published from January 2015 to January 2025 were reviewed which examined the dimensions and challenges of digital innovation in hospitals, and finally 16 articles were included in the study.  The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) was used to assess the quality of studies. Results: According to the survey, the most important dimensions of digital innovation in hospitals include improving the quality of healthcare services, increasing hospital efficiency, reducing healthcare costs, increasing patient satisfaction, and improving hospital information security. Also, key challenges in this field include the lack of appropriate infrastructure and skilled workforce, staff resistance, security concerns and patients data privacy, financial problems, and legal and ethical challenges.
