fa تبیین تجربیات موفق تاب‌آوری مراکز ارائه دهنده مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه در مدیریت پاندمی کووید-19 Explaining Successful Experiences of Primary Healthcare Services’ Resilience in Managing the Covid-19 Pandemic تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: تاب‌آوری خدمات مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه در مدیریت پاندمی‌ها، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در مدیریت مراکز بهداشتی داشته باشد. ازآنجاکه مراکز بهداشتی با بهره‌گیری از زیرساخت‌های چندمنظوره، انعطاف‌پذیری بالا و هماهنگی مؤثر توانسته‌اند نقش حیاتی در کنترل بحران و کاهش فشار بر بیمارستان‌ها ایفا کنند، لذا مطالعه حاضر به شناسایی تجربیات موفق تاب‌آوری مراکز ارائه دهنده مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی در سال 1403 انجام شد. حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه به صورت هدفمند از 16 نفر از مدیران ارشد، میانی، عملیاتی و کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی و شبکه بهداشت شهر شیراز و مراکز بهداشتی شهرستان‌های تابعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز که تجربه فعالیت در پاندمی کووید-19 داشتند، انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد. سپس داده‌ها بر اساس روش گرانیهام لودمن و با استفاده از نرم افزار 2020 MaxQDA  تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: طبق نظرات مشارکت‌کنندگان، 6 تم اصلی در تجربیات موفق تاب‌آوری مراکز ارائه دهنده مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه شناسایی شد که شامل عوامل انسانی، فیزیکی و زیر ساختی، مدیریتی، اطلاع‌رسانی و مشارکت عمومی، تقویت زیرساخت مجازی و آموزش، برنامه ریزی و سیاستگذاری است. از دیدگاه مشارکت کنندگان مهمترین عامل مربوط به تقویت زیرساخت مجازی و آموزش شناخته شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش تجربیات موفق تاب‌آوری مراکز ارائه دهنده مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه در مدیریت پاندمی‌ها، نشان می‌دهد که مراکز بهداشتی با اتخاذ راهکارهای جامع و انعطاف‌پذیر همانند تقویت زیر ساخت‌های فیزیکی، عوامل مدیریتی و برنامه ریزی‌های منطقی و به موقع توانسته‌اند نقش مهمی در کنترل بیماری و حفظ استمرار خدمات ایفا کنند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Primary health care services’ resilience in managing pandemics can play an important role in the management of health centers Since health centers, by utilizing multipurpose infrastructure, high flexibility, and effective coordination, have been able to play a vital role in controlling the crisis and reducing pressure on hospitals, therefore; the present study has identified successful experiences in primary health care’s resilience in health centers. Methods: The present study was conducted with a qualitative approach in 2025. The study’s sample size was purposefully selected from 16 senior, middle, operational managers and employees of health and treatment centers and health centers of towns affiliated with Shiraz University of Medical Sciences who had experienced working during the pandemic. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews. Then, the data were analyzed based on the Graniham-Lodman method and using MaxQDA 2020 software. Results: According to the participants' viewpoints, six main themes were identified in successful experiences of primary health care services’ resilience, which include human factors, physical and infrastructure, management, public informing and participation, strengthening of virtual infrastructure and education, planning and policy-making. From the participants' perspective, the most important factor related to strengthening of virtual infrastructure and education was identified.
