The importance of maintaining and restoring health has always made human beings seek health care. Lack of proper access to health care, price and quality differences, as well as other factors among different countries have led to the formation of a long-standing industry called health tourism. Outbreak of coronavirus throughout the world has shocked and affected most countries. In this regard, the health tourism market of Islamic Republic of Iran was no an exception and was affected by this crisis. To meet this challenge, stakeholders of the health tourism market should determine their recession during this period, strengthen their weaknesses, and use the available opportunities. In this study, we intended to investigate effect of the coronavirus prevalence on the health tourism market of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

	<abstract language="eng">
Background: Green human resource management refers to activities involving development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a system that leads to greening employees of an organization. Human resources’ issues cannot be limited to one area of expertise. As a result, decisions and performance of the personnel officers at all levels affect the organization’s performance. So, this study aimed to investigate the effect of green human resource management on environmental performance of Red Crescent with mediating role of green culture empowering factors.
Methods: The present study was applied in purpose and since the structural equation modeling method was used to test the hypotheses, it is considered as a correlation analysis. The statistical population consisted of 440 Red Crescent employees in Khuzestan province. The sample size of the study was determined as 205 using the Jersey and Morgan Table. The participants were selected using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the collected data were analyzed using structural equation test by SPSS 24 and Lisrel 8.5 software.
Results: Based on the findings, the green human resource management measures had a positive significant effect on environmental performance and green culture factors at significant amount of 2.53 and 6.54, respectively. Furthermore, empowerment factors had a positive significant effect on environmental performance with a significant amount of 2.40. In addition, the mediating role of green culture empowerment factors was confirmed in the relationship between green human resource management measures and environmental performance (0.536).
Conclusion: Since environmental problems and their effects have a great impact on the performance of Red Crescent employees and on the attitude of domestic and foreign consumers towards domestic products, environmental performance of the Red Crescent should be considered. Moreover, the Red Crescent should use green human resource management to work on the growth and development of green human resources.

Background: One of the most common mistakes in tourism policy is to focus solely on the tourist attractions without considering the environmental conditions and facilities in the community. Access to quality health services in the destination country is one of the most important facilities for tourists. The present study investigated the effect of improving the health sector on attracting foreign tourists.
Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical study. To conduct the study, the data of global development indicators (published by the World Bank) from 1996 to 2016 were used. The study sample included 82 developing and developed countries. In order to analyze the data, the test methods based on panel data and the generalized torque regression were applied using Stata 14 software.
Results: Findings from the estimates of all 4 models show that development of health and treatment increased the amount of tourist attraction in the world. The 2 indices of health developer for both groups of countries had a significant positive effect on tourism development index (tourist attraction). The findings also showed that other independent variables of the model such as air transport development, poll tax income, improvement of information and communication technology, and business development had a positive and significant effect on attracting foreign tourists.
Conclusion: On the one hand, provision of the necessary health facilities and improvement of the health indicators provide one of the most essential facilities needed by tourists. On the other hand, application of these facilities is the goal of tourism. From a social point of view, improving health indicators is a positive aspect for society. Therefore, development of health is one of the essentials of tourism development.

Background: Given that the health system is one of the most important areas for social development in all countries, special attention should be paid to policy making and monitoring in this area. This research aimed to diagnose achievement goals of government policies focusing on government medical universities in Iran, which are the mainstay of providing health care.
Methods: The present study is practical in terms of purpose and qualitative (content analysis) in terms of data collection. The barriers of achieving policy goals were reviewed and classified by reviewing the literature through content analysis. Later, the ideas of experts (45 senior managers of Iranian government medical sciences universities selected based on the study goals) were collected using a questionnaire. As a result, the barriers were determined and ranked by Shannon entropy technique.
Results: The findings showed that the identified barriers in achieving government policy goals were related to policy makers (0/3320), policy nature (0/2810), policy implementers (0/1740), environmental (0/1330), and organizational factors (0/0780), respectively.
Conclusion: Based on the findings, the importance of client (recipients of health services) is not properly understood. In other words, personal and partisan interests take precedence over national and client interests in policy-making

Background: Considering the emergence of electronic health records and their related technologies, an increasing attention is paid to data driven approaches like machine learning, data mining, and process mining. The aim of this paper was to identify and classify these approaches to enhance the quality of clinical processes.
Methods: In order to determine the knowledge related to the research question, a systematic literature review was conducted. To this end, the related studies were searched in the web of science documentation database, as a comprehensive and authoritative database covering 1536 scientific publications from 2000 to 2019. The studies found from the initial search were investigated and the relevance of their title with the inclusion and exclusion criteria was determined. As a result, 184 articles were selected. Further investigations resulted in 84 studies that remained after reviewing the abstracts and full texts of these articles. These studies were also evaluated with regard to their field of study and the quality of presented evidence. Consequently, the final synthesis was performed on the evidence extracted from these articles.
Results: Examination of the identified evidences resulted in 4 general categories of "event-based approaches", "process intelligence", "clinical knowledge systems", and "data-driven control and monitoring" as data-driven approaches that can be used to manage the quality of clinical processes.
Conclusion: The findings demonstrated that event-bases approaches had more applications as data driven approaches in the context of health care. Furthermore, process mining is a novel approach that can be used by future studies. The results of this study can be used to complement clinical governance procedures regarding emerging data driven opportunities.
